R.I.P Patchi...
Posted by Stacey Lamothe on
Patchi's mom misses him very much. My client and friend, Joan, had this made for her sister after her dog passed. Joan said that after her sister received her cameo, she cried, and has worn it every day since. The back reads "Moma Will Always Love You" RIP Dear Patchi. Need a special gift? I have two barn kitties: Dougie & Midnight. They inspire me daily. Dougie with his verbal persistence and coy act (that turns into psycho-kitty), and tiny, squeaky Midnight with her timid “I can’t get within 10-feet of you” manner. Here are some kitty inspirations from my Here Kitty Kitty! collection on my website. So now, even when you have to be away, you can take your kitties with you! Meow for nowJ Need a special gift? When I asked about the dogs name they told me while their daughter was driving in a very remote area, a little dog ran out in front of Cassie’s truck. She almost ran over her. She came back later that day and the dog ran out again, but this time Cassie pulled over and caught her. The pooch had no tags...
5 Kitties

I have a client, Lorie, who has 5 kitties she loves very much. She had cameos made of them all and wears them on a single necklace. How much love is contained in that necklac?! She, now, can take all her best friends with her every where she goes. Here are 5 beloved kitties. They are: REBA, CLOONEY (yes, as in George! He's a very handsome cat!), LAILA, XENA, and JOHNNY (Yes....seven on each paw! When he runs down the hall it sounds like small elephant! Stealthy he is not!).

Cauliflower Waldorf Salad

We love to go snow shoeing. Now that winter has finally come there is snow! And with the snows we’ve been having, it looks like we’ll be able to go a lot this year. When we go I always pack a yummy lunch. My friend Sue told me snow shoeing burns 500 calories an hour ~ and I believe it! My husband usually gets a PB & J or tuna sandwich in his lunch sack. I love big salads. Today I had a wonderful Cauliflower Waldorf salad. Here is the recipe. It is as delish as it looks! 1/4 C red wine...
